I have spoken for years of the worldwide obesity pandemic threatening our lives, yet few have taken me seriously. Today, the COVID-19 pandemic dictates our every move; nevertheless, I still stand behind my strong veiwpoint that lifestyle diseases (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, stroke and colorectal cancers), brought on by our food and movement choices, will still have a greater impact on our health and wellness than this virus.
