Sesame Stir Fry Sauce


  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ⅓ cup Water
  • ⅓ cup Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes


In a small bowl, add cornstarch and a small amount of water to dissolve, then add the remaining ⅓ cup of water. Whisk in soy sauce, garlic, sugar, vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.
