About Samantha B

Samantha attended the University of Southern Maine and received her bachelors of science degree in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Athletic Training. With her background in Athletic training it developed her versatile training skills in not only injury prevention and rehabilitation but strength training, performance and composition/weight loss.

Samantha an avid athlete and exerciser continues to educate herself on a variety of different skills including strength training, power lifting, HIIT training, endurance training, weight lifting, yoga and pilates. She believes in the power of handwork, calculated progressions and a positive attitude.

Without a doubt by understanding that movement is a crucial component in a healthy and vibrant lifestyle you will enjoy learning from Samantha as she motivates experimenters and lifestyles to not only challenge their bodies but to use them to enjoy this beautiful life and all it has to offer.
