My Fitness Pal Tutorial: Building Meals
Finally a long awaited tutorial on how to build meals in MFP with Mama G. This is build for our clients with a 15-1600 daily calorie goal, but easy to adjust as macros remain the same with increases across the board with ingredients, you just need to adjust to your caloric needs. In other words, if your calorie goal is 3000 plus calories, you would just double the meal. If you sit at 2000-2400, you would just add 1/4 more food or so. Mama G is always available via text to help you maneuver through the stiff learning curve at the beginning. Take advantage of this.
