The Fear of Failure and what we can do about it: 10/26/21
The fear of failure is commonplace in many of our lives today. If we don’t follow through, finish the task, lose the weight, accomplish the goal, get the promotion, we often times will feel like a failure. This can lead to feeling bad about ourselves and even thinking that we are not good enough. In this webinar we will discuss the ways in which we view failure. We will look through the lenses of both internal failure and task failure. We will discuss the concept of failing forward, we will learn how we can grow from failure, and most importantly we will explore getting to a place where we can accept our own acceptability and therefore view failure very differently.
