BBQ Sauce


  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, over medium heat. Stir to combine. Simmer 10 minutes and then remove from the heat. Use immediately or pour into an airtight container and refrigerate. Enjoy!

I would suggest you weigh your batch in ounces and divide by 6. If you need more or less for your portion, you can adjust. Lovely on any protein source. If bbqing, we suggest marinading with lemon, garlic, salt and pepper for at least one hour prior. Then swab with bbq sauce last few minutes to prevent burning.
