A prospective client who seeks me out largely does so for weight loss, initially. My hope once we begin working together is not only to help them achieve their weight-loss goal, but also to gain the ability to advocate for their health.

In today’s society, we put too much “weight” on the almighty scale without considering our health. We all know the feeling that accompanies a “good” weighin versus a “bad” one. It can completely make or break our day.
