About Mama G
Gina Cousineau, aka Mama G, has been a fitness professional for over 30 years. Married for over 34 years and blessed with four children, she and her husband Mark reside in San Clemente, California. With her AA in Culinary Arts and bachelor’s degree in dietetics, she started her career when she was a young mother opening a prenatal/postpartum fitness program. From there she became a group exercise instructor and personal trainer, always using her education in nutrition and love of food and exercise to affect change in her clients.
Practicing what she preaches, she uses food as a fuel, but makes the disclaimer that everything she eats is not only nutritious BUT delicious. Her goal is to help you be “better for your rest” by taking charge of the only thing you actually have control over in your life….how you choose to treat your body. By helping you learn to healthfully shop and cook, bringing the family back to the kitchen table for sit down meals, and helping you bring meaningful exercise into your life, not only will you reap the benefits of these actions, but you will model this productive behavior for those in your life.
This is not about what your LOSE, it is about what you GAIN!! If you are “sick and tired of being sick and tired,” it is time you consider how Mama G’s Lifestyle can change your life for the better!! Gina is currently working on her Master of Science degree in Integrative and Functional Nutrition.
